Ready for the next FACT ( not bullshit propaganda disinformation or spin ). Fact. The doctor who did autopsy listed cause of death homicide FACT. 4 OTHER EXPERT DOCTORS TESTIFIED ( ALL UNDER OATH BTW NOT SPEWING BULLSHIT DISINFO FROM THE SEAT OF A propaganda network ). That the cause of death was lack of oxygen as main cause of death ( drugs could have been a contributing factor but without the lack of oxygen death would not have occurred). FACT. multiple witnesses who were there all were pleaing with this POS to stop you killing him ( people ranging from senior citizens to a none year old). One witness who after the suspect was non responsive who was a WHITE female firefighter was begging to give the suspect CPR was told to back off. Another witness who was black a professional mma fighter with experience was pleaing with officer your killing the man he's no responsive stop. Another a little 9 yr old girl was also pleaing with the POS to stop ( even a 9 yr old could see the danger ). A suspect who was already cuffed mind you FACT the police chief testified saying over use force and UNAUTHORIZED force was used. FACT the LT . of the same police department who gives the yearly training on use of force for the department and helped draw up that departments use of force testified under oath not in a chair at a propaganda network said NO KIND OF NECK RESTAURANT IS AUTHORIZED AT ALL AFTER SUSPECT IS CUFFED THATS NONE ZERO NODA ZIP ZERO the same LT. was shown a picture of the POS with his knee jammed on a handcuffed suspect and asked under oath is this technique AUTHORIZED by any police force he answered NO !!! the same LT. was showed when a neck restraint such as a rear naked choke was AUTHORIZED. on the chart it went from red to green at the very top of the red was the most severe deadly force and quess what was just below deadly force a CHOKE HOLD COULD BE USED BUT ONLY IN LIKE A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION is any officer AUTHORIZED to chokke someone out to unconscious chauvin used this unauthorized and illegal technique on a handcuffed suspect. FACT THE POS SHIT COP IN THE MIDDLE WAS PUTTING all his weight on FLOYDs back restricting his chest from expanding to get air in his lungs checked FLOYDs pulse and there was none told the POS hey bro this dude has no pulse he continued with his unauthorized technique and kept applying pressure. FACT when paramedics show up a paramedic was checking his pulse he had none and the POS was still applying the unauthorized technique on the suspect and the paramedics had to literally push the POS off of FLOYD ( that's totally fuked up ). FACT the POS has18 complaint including pulling a unarmed female over grabbing her out of the car and slamming her to the ground ( how was still a cop idk ). FACT( NOT BULLSHIT FROM A PROPAGANDA NETWORK). the department has already paid the suspects family 27 MILLION dollars. I don't think a police department goes around shelling out 27 million unless they know they fuked up big time and murdered a man. FACT HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF POLICE OFFICERS AROUND THE COUNTRY ALL AGREE THIS WAS A TOTAL ABUSE OF POWER. FACT THE LUNG DOCTOR said under oath ( not on a propaganda network ) FLOYD died from the actions of these cowards he was crushed like a CONSTRICTOR slowly killing it's prey. FACT THE dispatch so this on her screen and IMMEDIATELY called the duty Sargeant and said you need to check this out it doesn't look good. FACT A night club owner had this POS work for him doing security and got rid of him because he was to aggressive to his customers FACT while the POS had his knee jammed in the suspect with these illegal and unauthorized technique and even if it was a legal technique NO NECK RESTAURANT EVEN AUTHORIZED CAN BE APPLIED AFTER SUSPECT IS HANDCUFFED you could see this coward POS sinking his knee in even more. I GOT A QUESTION HOW CAN YOU WATCH THAT WHOLE VIDEO ESPECIALLY FROM THE COP IN THE MIDDLE S PERSPECTIVE AND NOT AGREE THIS IS COLD BLOODED MURDER ? I will tell you why. Either because you didn't watch the whole video or you have no compassion for a fellow human being or your so INDOCTRINATED by POLITICAL rhetoric you've let hate in ur heart was Mr FLOYD the best guy on the planet ? No he wasn't. Was he a drug addict ? Yes he was. Was he a felon ? Yes he was. But he was a human. anyone who can listen to a grown man cry out for his mom as he dies and still continue to apply deadly force is a evil sob and anyone who can watch that WHOLE VIDEO and see a man cry out for his Mom then die and make excuses for thatpos is a coward pos just like him. Let me be clear I want to see Chauvin in prison, he’s a despicable human being that I hope gets thrown into gen pop without protection. knowing that I feel this way I’ll also had I haven’t seen anything that the judge has done to be biased. What I have seen is witnesses for the prosecution that for whatever reason are being difficult on cross and I don’t understand why. The firefighter was even worse. You would think that the prosecution would’ve told these witnesses to keep their emotions in check especially when they’re being asked things that have nothing to do with what happened on the day in question. So he really didn't add that much Please do not take any of this as me not liking or thinking the witness Mr williams is brave. Boy is he. The whole sporting career thing had to do with leading into a chokeholds. He walked him into admitting that it’s possible for someone to be chocked unconscious and then come to and be combative. Lawyers are smart and if the questions weren’t relative the prosecution would object and the judge would’ve stop the questioning. I didn’t hear the prosecution offer objections at all so they saw that it was relevant. The prosecution had already had him testify about his background in MMA the day before.

They are always asking questions that has nothing to do with the case
@jrayner21679
3 жыл бұрын
@@ninac9729 it may seem like it was nothing to do with the case but it does. The lawyer is using this particular witness to introduce doubt. If he can make the witness and/or the jury acknowledge the possibility that the office thought that GF was simply passed out and then also that it is possible for a person to regain consciousness and then become combative it may make 1 or many of the jurors question the murder charge. For the record I hope Chauvin is convicted and thrown into gen pop in a maximum-security prison. That’s because I am a human being that’s compassionate and know that what he did was wrong. But in the eyes of the law it’s a really big deal. It’s also possible that the emotional (justified) reactions of some of these prosecution witnesses Will be perceived differently by jurors. Jury’s are very unpredictable. They might perceive compassionate feelings from a witness as biased. And they also might perceive combative witnesses, like the firefighter, as less credible. This whole thing is ugly but it highlights the reform that is necessary in this country with regard to police officers and whistle blowers. In my opinion those officers that allowed him to keep his knee on his neck were just as responsible as Chauvin. But because of that whole thin blue line thing they would rather sit silent then intervene or speak out against one of their own because of the fear of retribution from other officers.

I've watched a couple days worth of this bogus trial. Why do I call it bogus? Because the judge is taking the side of the defense team in almost every situation. I notice that the judge usually supports the defense's objections but not the prosecution's objections, in fact, the judge often stops the prosecution from even finishing their sentences when they are about to ask a relevant question from the witness - questions that should be asked! Anyone else notice this? In addition to supporting the defense team every chance he gets by supporting most of their objections, the judge is also allowing the defense team to ramble on & on & ask dozens of questions that should not be allowed. When the prosecution asks VERY valid questions, the judge has those answers stricken from the records. In conclusion, it is very clear that the judge and the defense are holding a trial focused on trying to find out if these witnesses are guilty or not, when they should be focused on whether Chauvin committed murder! SHAME on the judge for harassing the witnesses like he is doing - especially the firefighter! We are watching a court destroy our heroes & good Samaritans - people who spoke up or pulled out their cameras when they saw a murder happening in front of them. Instead of supporting these witnesses by allowing the juries to listen to what they need to say, the judge seems hell bent on destroying them, preventing the witnesses from fully answering trick questions 'purposely asked out of context' from the defense, and then basically allowing the defense to be judge & jury. The entire world saw exactly what happened to George Floyd and we know who should be on trial here. This is SO bogus. If Chauvin was bold enough to take 9 minutes to publicly kill George Floyd in front of a crowd of cameras, then he is bold enough to drug George Floyd when Goerge was briefly in the police car (right before he was killed on the ground) and temporarily out of view of the cameras. That should be fully discussed in this trial. The most disgusting element overshadowing this entire debacle is the fact that the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association is paying every penny of Chauvin's defense team. Peace Officer? Who is anyone kidding? Putting a knee on a handcuffed man until he dies is not being a 'Peace Officer". Anyone who thinks that is peaceful behavior is insane. The murderer is sitting in a suit, acting confident, super smug & important and pretending to write important notes - as if he is the judge here. He looks like he's being treated like a princess, not a man on trial for murder. The camera in the court room captures the dynamics here... A white murderer in a suit, supported 100% by the judge & putting on his headphones every time he is asked to be part of the 'legal' huddle moment..... What the heck?!?! George Floyd doesn't get to sit there in a suit & be part of the 'huddle'.... this is just a spectacle of racism and abuse... this is NOT a trial. This is a group of white folks trying to tell the world that they can murder as many black folks as they want and get away with it. Chauvin looks proud in this courtroom, no signs of remorse & the judge does everything he can to show Chauvin that the judge has Chauvin's back. This trial is just racist & bogus. Does anyone else here see what I see?

Chauvin, along with the other 3 officers, was fired simply to placate an already agitated black community. We already know that this is not going to be a fair trial, it's in nobodies interest, except his own, for chauvin to go free, and in everyone's interest that he be found guilty. The burden of proof is on the prosecution and they will not be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt, but guilty he will be found. How can you say someone is angry. Ever met a quiet person who is angry? Its like that dad trained fighter, who beat and control the heck out of this one high dude harassing his daughter out of no where. Was he angry? I know I was. And I was yelling while looking at the video. I know the dad could had been but he was quiet and firm. Derek's lawyer was trying to paint a chaotic scene and filled with angry people, who could had gone violent. But it came off as a ghastly attack on the character of people so someone can catch a break. Like its one thing to show that the scene was chaotic, but its another to make someone as even more chaotic. Especially when the first pleads were clear, peaceful, and absolutely non violent.

In a situation like tht he cld be as angry as he likes. Did they watch the video of these ppe who they painting out to be disruptive? Everyone was on the side walk watching. Some including Williams were vocal but all they were saying get your knee off his neck he cnt breathe. Sounds like English to me. Lucky they were not in the Caribbean where ppe cld find big rocks.

Why tf did the defense waste our time taking about MMA??

Think it was trying to get jury in the mindset of physical fighting and what can happen - esp. when he was talking about flow and resistance. Maybe trying to get Williams relaxed so he could bait him.

@@moneyinthemakin7108 yeah from the defense point of view. Jury needs to remember Chauvin and co workers were supposed to be professionals, and that flow and resistance matters in MMA fights, not on the job while trying to get a guy into custody imo.
@stryfegamingonline7583

@@Em-df4ww no he was asking about MMA to establish three facts. 1) Blood Chokes require you to compress both sides of the neck to disrupt flow and 2) if you release a choke and the person regains consciousness they have a tendency to go right back to fighting you and 3) In intense situations trained individuals learn to block out crowd noise and ignore it to retain their focus. It has nothing to do with comfort level. It's to ultimately establish that the hold Chauvin had on Floyd while very restricting wouldn't qualify as an effective blood choke hold.
