Are you hard of hearing? The door, as it shuts, is squeaky. In just such a way as it sounds like a pretty good trumpet solo. Lasts about 8 seconds. It would probably shut quicker, and deprive us of the beauty of it's music, if they oiled the hinges.

Even the buildup on the actual door adds to it, since it just sounds like a regular creaky door until about halfway through closing.

Oh that IS Miles. Shortly after he arrived down here we started channeling his talent into inanimate objects just to annoy him. There's an electric can opener in Hackensack New Jersey that squeals out the bridge section from "So What"! That's really him!
