Ingredients:
Doritos - As Desired
1/2 to 1 cup of boiled chickpeas - You can also add boiled potatoes
Chilli Garlic Sauce & Tamarind Chutney - As Desired
Chaat masala, Dahi Bhalla Masala and red chili powder to taste
Chopped Onions - For topping
Yogurt Raita:
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Yogurt
2 tbsp Onions - Chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander - Chopped
1 tbsp Green Chillies or Jalapenos - Add more or less
1-2 tbsp Cucumbers - Chopped
Salt - to taste
1-2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
Chaat Masala - As desired
Instructions:
NOTE: Make sure to assemble the chaat right before eating since like papdi, doritos can get soggy if kept for long
1. Crush the Doritos and spread them out on a plate.
2. Top the Doritos with boiled chickpeas, followed by the prepared raita and toppings of choice.
3. Drizzle tamarind chutney and chilli garlic sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala, dahi bhalla masala and red chilli powder to taste.
