3-6-9 and then multiples of 9 is best as 9 is the supreme singe digit number. 9-27-54-108 etc

Even master choa kok sui is saying to breathe in while sitting and breath out while standing back.... and he is known as the founder of this technique (although india found it first)... I Don't understand in what sense you are talking about the science, for breathing pattern or what ?

Better to avoid the sqating. I would suggest pranayamas like pranava 🙏
