I have to advocate for this. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in feb 2018. My friend told me to try dr. Sebi. Well im officially one yr remission and just passed my 6mth monitering appt. I also work out 3 times a week. No soda, water, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Plant based milk. Gave up meat completely. I do a cheat day only every 2 weeks. Usually plant based ice cream or non dairy desserts. This really works bc my pet scan came out clear and i did it without chemotherapy. I hope this gives hope to anyone fighting cancer bc there is hope. Consider trying it even just for your health. 😃

Africa isn't poor! Depending where you live. It's a continent, not a country. Don't just generalize. I am currently in eastern part of Africa. I was born and raised in the US, but just moved to Africa for volunteering. I love it! Sunny weather, fresh organic food, people with authentic nature... don't just put all 50 something countries in Africa in one box saying "poor". We are doing sm projects with rich African investors... Africa is rich in natural resources...

Great Video. I like seeing it in real life action. I went to the store today and bought alkaline foods only for the first time. Tonight, I made - Garbanzo Beans - Onions - Green Peppers - Cherry Tomatoes - Himalayan Sea Salt - Sesame Seeds - Thyme in the crockpot. The flavors were phenomenal.

Iceberg lettuce does have nutritional value. It may not be as high as other leafy greens but it does have some nutrition.

Thank you so much for this food list. I've been thinkong of going this route for a while now. I just turn 35 and have been up and down in my weight for at least 10 years. *sigh* lol...poor food habits that must stop before I have kids because I really want to break the cycle. Jesus help me! Thank you so much for sharing. Wanted to let you know that what you're doing is very helpful.

Thanks!! Considering the number of Food Deserts in the US’ urban communities, this information is very important. For example, in Missouri’s North County (Spanish Lake, Paddock Forest, Whitney Chase, Trail Woods........) subdivisions, the vast majority of grocery stores have shut down. Communities have become dependent on fast food and inferior grocery stores that sell expensive, out dated food. Aldi has been the one exception that continues to provide a selection of healthy food.

I see organic seedless grapes only in supermarkets. Don't buy them, it's a scam.
