Finally got the blessing to see them open up for the deftones wrist tour in 2006 when they dropped phantasmagor, I got cool with the Texas legion manager and he gave me and my girlfriend at the time VIP passes all access , and it was a dream come true, I would dream about hanging out with deadsy before, and it finally happened, those guys where nothing but the most sweetest people a person could meet, Elijah was so cool to me! We had a small conversation about our cats! Alec pure asked if I had vicodin , which I did lol , cuz I was mentioning the problem with heroin , since Elijah was on a treatment, but was absolutely cool with me giving Alec a vike , his shoulder was sore from the past few shows he said, so it was legit, I had a ingrown toenail removed the day before, and we even talked about that! Such a down to earth band , I miss the f#$%K out of them.
