Today, I made dry aged duck breast as part of my duck series! Duck breast that has been dry aged in fridge yields a unique crispiness of the skin, while adding a depth in the flavor of the flesh. The duck went really well with all garnishes and sauces :)
Thank you for waiting for me as I couldn't upload for the past two weeks. My new job has been very very busy, and I really just couldn't find any time to edit/upload videos. I am back now, please stay tuned for weekly videos again! :)
