Totally loved this, I started doing it as a finisher for the April challenge. If felt exceptionally good today cos it was just cardio, these days I feel like something is missing if I’m not lifting something 😀 Thank you Amy.

I'm a grateful repeater. Came back here b/c work and other stuff piled up today and "suddenly" the end of the day nears and I knew this would be good. 10minutes is great when the alternative was 0 minutes.

Just did the kickboxing amrap, and because I felt so energized I wanted to finish with some core, and this workout was just perfect. I love the great variety in all your workouts, I can always find something that fits my day!:-) Thanks Amy!🥰
