This is by far one of the best basketball podcast episodes I have ever seen. I love when the athletes speak their minds and really pull back the curtain and bring us behind the scenes to see and hear what really goes on in the league. It’s always great hearing from those key players that really led the wave in the NBA from the last decade 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

yeah it's kind of ridiculous that he didnt make top 75. Extremely unfortunate timing that he was in the period of his career where he was in and out of the league fighting to stay. Bruh they close to 40 and the league keeps getting younger.. younger players are easier to control .. this ain't the 90s where the league was dealing with 90 percent grown men . They dealing with teens and young adults that still think like teens .. 90 percent of the young stars have some crazy off court drama or scandal that could easily be avoided ... 90s stars had drama but not all in 2 seasons.. ja and guns, ant and the baby, zion and porn, kevin porter and domestic abuse, Kyrie and covid, Lillard and divorce, cam Payne and fake identities, miles bridges and domestic violence,Micheal porter brother and illegal betting, josh giddey being giggity.. That's why the league is transitioning into young euros... The youg euro players have ZERO drama... What's the scandal on Luka ? His weight ? Please ...Joker ain't young but he's another with a clean name and image... All the vets of America have better images than the young guys because as young guys they had no real scandals ... What's Durant scandal ? He has none... Curry ? LeBron? Only ones that are debatable are Chris Paul and the refs or Chris Paul & racist team owners which isn't his fault... Or recently pat Beverly violence towards a woman.. 90 percent of teams don't even have vets anymore.. most teams don't have any players over the age of 32 .. LeBron is the oldest in the league at 39 but in the 90s they had multiple players and stars 37-38 yrs old.. bruh in 2012 the heat had juwan Howard on the bench and the spurs never changed their line up of old 38 yr old tim Duncan and old tony parker while still relying on old manu ginobili to hit all their clutch shots... Not happening anymore... The league is younger and dumber and the players will stop and pull up for a three on a 3 to 1 fast break smh.. they barely can do a handoff correctly.. they just play hella iso ball and get smashed by teams with high iq playmakers.. like Denver or Boston or Nuggets or Timberwolves.. talented teams make the play in or rarely make the playoffs... High iq teams actually compete.. the wolves were trash on offense but were 1 series away from the finals .. they happen to fold to a team with a superior playmaker (Luka) Mike Conley is not as smart as Luka ..nobody on the wolves is . The Celtics won because they have almost a whole team of play makers .. jrue and Derick Pritchard and JB and JT take turns getting triple doubles to get a trophy.. al horford one of the highest iqs in the whole league and he's old as hell.. yet teams aren't taking notes... They think their fav team has a chance next year.. the same or almost the same 16 teams will be back in the playoffs .. the same dumb teams with a lot of talent that do great in the regular season will again do great in the regular season and fool their fans and media again... Jr smith is smarter than most modern nba players and during his era he was far from one of the smartest... But I bet he set a screen properly. They black ball Dwight because of scandal. We can bring up Kobe all we want but Kobe was the leagues cash cow during that time.. Kobe in his prime vs Dwight who was a backup center is not the same... The league will not compromise for back up players.. they compromise for stars because stars bring dollars.. (in their mind) in real life Dwight and DeMarcus bring dollars too but the league will find ways to win that argument based off "public perception" because DeMarcus "scares" players and he always wants to fight based off soft league owners that choose to tarnish his image because he probably didn't allow the higher ups to speak to him however they want ... we know who's perception they are using when they talk about this... We know who the soft league owners are that wouldn't be caught with anyone that looks like their players outside of basketball situations ... Just because a few team owners lost their teams doesn't mean all the racist owners suddenly gave up on their perception and the way they were raised...they just got smarter quieter made a couple little diversity hires to save public relations and started printing up political jerseys or shirts when something happens for social justice.. hey I'm not racist my company printed out shirts for social justice and I had the courts painted for a day.. whopper whopper whopper... Bk have it your way... You guys like rap right? Let's play some more rap in the arenas guys.. see I'm not racist cause all black athletes love rap right ? Jimmy Butler has entered the chat smh

If he had personality & more importantly wasn’t on the lines as far as the civil rights movement, he would be recognized as the best ball player ever. Thank you! I’ve been saying this since they blew up and the 2020 team and everything since then has made zero sense. Just look at Bron and AD in the Olympics…Rob has robbed the Laker fan base just to tank Bron’s time there.
