It's early morning at the Fraser Point Bald Eagle nest on Santa Cruz Island, California.
The 10-week old eaglets, Manini and Reign are on the nest alone exercising their wings and looking around the area.
Manini hops across the nest and around the side while Reign watches, then Manini goes to the left side and looks downward.
S/He tries to hop onto the side of the nest, but it gives out and collapses taking Manini with it! Lots of flapping is heard below the nest.
The cam goes looking and finds Manini below the nest seemingly unharmed. Reign is up on the nest wondering "How did you do that?!"
Neither of the parents, Cruz or Andor, have come to the nest yet to discover what has happened. They will certainly be surprised and will continue to care for Manini.
Manini is busy exploring the area underneath the nest for now.
A young eagle's like is full of surprises, luckily all is well at Fraser Point
