i admire the patient that he tried to tolerate the pain due to his financial concerns of surgery and the hospital setting. So nice of you to give the patient options and to be so concerned about his pain. In the the United States here in Texas your physicians do not often give you a choice and most of the time they do not worry with the financial. They just push the patient off to the front desk to deal with payments. Thank you for the translating it makes it so much better. thank you.

What I wouldn't give to sit down and talk with you for 20 minutes! You are so talented and such a genius at removing cholesteatomas! Please include photos of what was removed from the patient's ear at the end of your videos. Thank you.

Generally speaking, for only English speaking fans, it’s euphoric enough to get English subtitles. It’s only problematic when foreigners want to improve their Putonghua or Chinese speaking fans wanting to improve their English. Today’s cholesteatoma upload is great! Thank you.

Translation was good enough to understand the gist of what you were trying to explain. It really is difficult in any country not to be able to afford health insurance so that this poor man had to endure the procedure without benefit of anaesthesia but he was strong and you did a great job. I was curious about ears bleeding and how loud something has to be before they start bleeding like in movies. And I got this so I was like sure okay and then there was a warning for blood but I was like it’s fine. And I don’t usually watch extraction videos so I wanted to see what the hype was about. Then it was fine and then I actually seen the blood and I was like “...this was a mistake.” And more and more blood came and I was like “Big, very big mistake.”
