Hi. Thank you for you wonderful videos. I have a question bothering me, the question is; How can I put the right activity relationship in the send of MEP rough-in phase work with structural phase work? I have seen so many videos linking MEP rough-in work after completion of structural which I think shouldn't be. Pls correct me, Engr

Linking activities isn't a straightforward process. As planners, we aren't solely responsible for determining the sequence of work. Typically, we discuss this with the project manager to set the work execution sequence. Additionally, the sequence can change depending on the project type, location access, and material delivery schedules.

I always use at completion or budgeted values with "current dates". I discovered this the hard way. Planned dates option should not exist!
