Soft, fluffy and very tasty Easter rolls with Turkish delight or JAM.
Products:
3 eggs
260 ml. of milk
20g of fresh yeast (or 7g of dry yeast)
130g of sugar
100ml of sunflower oil
7g of vanilla sugar (or 1-2 packets of vanilla 0.2 g)
salt
about 690-700 g of white flour (sifted)
For filling:
Turkish delight, jam or marmalade
