Pre-heat oven to 375, cooking time approx 1 hour 20 minutes, don’t over cook, internal temp to 155-165
2 pounds of 85/15
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper of any color
1/4-1/3 cup of olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Lawry’s seasoning salt
Carmelized onion power, 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon parsley
Tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 and 1/4 sleeves of crushed ritz crackers
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of cheddar cheese, or any good melting cheese
TOPPING:
1/2 cup of catsup
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large tablespoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon mustard
