Move over, Stephenson's... 😂. I used the 3:1 ratio with stearic... OMG so easy and the soap (MY soap) is fabulous! Hardened up so fast! Thank you! No more "rustic" rebatch whipped with water!

I don’t know that it’s innovative so much as reminding people that rebatch is a thing that has existed forever. 😂

Hi :) could you guide me on how I could make a milk melt and pour base? Would I need to use powder milk or replace my water with milk in lye when I do the cook

Does the FO that you have used in your cold process soap cause any issues when rebatching it into melt and pour? Just so you know i think what you do is amazing

Hey! As in does the soap retain its scent? Mine does. Others may need to add more scent if they want a more potent melt and pour scent.

It has been a RIDICULOUSLY hot summer around here. I keep getting asked at markets how my soap isn’t melting. Is that a possibility with melt & pour? I’ve only done cold and hot process so far. Also, I have a lye heavy batch. Could I reasonably add more oils to the rebatch of it AND turn it into melt & pour, or is that two different steps?
@MrsSoapAndClay

Asked by other soap-makers? I don't know what that's about if so, and I've never seen a melt and pour soap melt in hot conditions. But the hottest event I ever vended was maybe 90 degrees? To the lye heavy batch, you super can do both at the same time.

@@MrsSoapAndClay no, not other soapers. Just other vendors and some attendees. Good to know! We are finally getting cooler weather. It was 95* yesterday. 🤣

What?!!! 🤯 I can make my own melt and pour in 10 min? Get outta here!!!! I’ve been binging the channel for a number of reasons that aren’t important. But now I’m sad I’m not at home and can’t go make soap for another few weeks. 😡🤣

Super easy! Just made my first batch. BEWARE OF SPLATTER!!! Burnt my hand life a MOFO. That was my own damn fault though. Just a tip for others so they don't do dumb things like I did.
