Hello my K-fooders! 🤗🇰🇷
Today we're going to make mochi together with a super easy recipe!
Mochis are a pastry of Japanese origin that is also called daifuku in Japan. 🍡🍡🍡Koreans adopted this confection for a long time under the name of chapssaltteok. It is a paste of glutinous rice flour with a filling. In this version we are going to prepare it with fruit and chocolate! 🍓🍫🍊🍫🥝
With this recipe for a small Korean dessert, you can perfectly finish your meals on a sweet note! The technique I am going to present to you is frequently used and almost foolproof. 🤩
🍡 Ingredients for 10 mochis:
200g glutinous rice flour
50g of sugar
25cl of milk
1 tsp of salt
Starch (any kind)
Strawberry, kiwi, orange or any other fruit you like!
Chocolate paste (here I used Nutella but any other chocolate preparation that is not too liquid will work)
Enjoy your meal ! 😋
