Hi! Can I know the brand of dried noodles you used? I always don’t have much luck when buying this type of noodles. Hope you can help. Thank you.

"low heat" judging from the fact you even get a sizzling noise with a pan as overcrowded as that, that is most certainly not "low heat"

YA looks like she didnt made it with JET engine flame , usually Asian people have & use to cook u dont see the heat , because is electric oven , is not Gas oven to show
@starsaint

Probably medium or medium low. Probably safer for beginners to use a lower heat. Might take a minute longer, but worth it for reliable results.

Hi! Are you able to share the brand of the wok?
@themeatmensg
3 жыл бұрын
Hey Daphne! To be honest.... this doesn't have a brand. We got it from a stall in the wet markets! But here's how you can pick out a good, sturdy, everyday wok: 1️⃣ Material: Non-stick --> best option for moderate cooking without having to condition it regularly 2️⃣ Get one with a long handle --> good for tossing and managing high heats without getting burns 3️⃣ 13" - 15" diameter --> cooks about 3-4 pax worth of food nicely
