Also! If you have any remaining chocolate you can make little pools on parchment paper and put them back in for use next time! Ofc you can't get every bit of chocolate out so u can also make hot chocolate so you don't waste any!

@Millie's Nails & More, just drizzle them without holding them. Also, if your drizzle doesn't look exactly like what you would buy in a store. That's even better! There's No way you can mess it up! Being different is Good! As long as they taste great is what really matters!

The key for me is the vegetable oil and melting the chocolate in 15 second increments. Looks professionally made.

Absolutely beautiful! I had been doing my lines by dipping a spoon in chocolate and drizzling over the berries. You teaching us the sandwich bag method was a game changer! My friends thought I bought my chocolate covered strawberries! Can I add gel food coloring to white almond bark to create red and blue colors for the 4th of July? I know I can’t add liquid food coloring because the chocolate will seize. Oh and thank you for telling us about the 2 toothpicks in the leaves! Genius! Thank you so much for helping us make beautiful edible arrangements!

I just quit edible arrangements and let me tell you… their product quality is garbage and overpriced. I was always shocked that a 12ct of choco covered strawberries is almost $50.. and they’re just simple strawberries… not do they look professional.

great job all around. this is now my go-to for chocolate covered anything lol. I love the idea of putting the melted chocolate in a tall glass. It definitely made it easy for the strawberry dipping.
