Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison
2 Tbsp Worchestshire sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
3 Tbsp Shredded butter
3 Tbsp Butter
Tomato slices
Onion slices
Buns
Directions:
Season ground Venison with garlic & onion powder
Mix in the Worchestshire sauce
Mix in 3 Tbsp Shredded butter into ground venison
Pat out 3-4 patties
Heat cast iron skillet medium heat
Melt 3 Tbsp butter in the cast iron skillet
Place patties into skillet
Pan sear for 3-4 minutes
Flip patties
Pan sear for 3-4 minutes on the other side
Note: Target temp is 140-145 F
Rest the burgers for 5 minutes
Assemble venison burgers
