5oo grams of ground/minced Venison/Beef.
5 grams of cracked black pepper.
10 Grams of sea salt...
Thats it.
For the Wonderful Harrisa mayo.
1 Tblsp of mayonnaise.
1 Tsp of Harissa paste..Multiply as you wish.
