I really enjoy your videos. You should have one hundred thousand subscribers. In two years or so I plan to visit Vietnam with relatives. Then slowly make my way across south Asia to India. I am fascinated by the street food videos as much as I love the fine dining ones. Your loyal subscriber.

Oyster sauce is a classic cooking and seasoning condiments invented by the Chinese and wildly used in Asian cooking including Thailand due to its strong Chinese influence. Thai oyster sauce tends to be slightly sweeter and less salty than its Chinese counterpart. It often has a more balanced, rounded flavor that can include hints of caramel or a more pronounced sweetness. The flavor is still rich and umami-packed, but it is often milder.

Crab is very expensive in Bangkok. If you order any dish with crab, it's pretty much this price and up. A crab omelet costs around the same at the famous Jay Fai (Michelin one-star street food) and even more at some other places. So I'd say crab isn't the first thing I go for in Thailand.
