To remember AVR, AVL, and AVF from the bottom up F:floor, L:Ladder, and R: Roof. From the floor you’ll need a ladder to get to the roof.

R for Right, L for Left, F for foot - thats how I remember in my mind. 1 is perpendicular to the F and II is toward the left and III is to the right

Instead of LISAL you can use (I SEE ALL LEADS) I=INFIRIOR=2/3/AVF, SEE= SEPTAL =V1/V2 ALL=ANTERIOR= V3/V4 LEADS=LATERAL=V5/V6 Just remember 1&AVL are also lateral and start with the “Shoe” she was talking about for 2/3/AVF if you want to use this acronym.

Thank you sooo much! I’m studying for my CCRN and for the life of me I could not memorize the leads and affected coronary arteries. This helped so much! I’m a visual person and pneumonics really help me. Now I feel more confident about these types of questions 😊

LISALor Lisarel. (3:25)......funny how it sounds when these Brits pronounce it. When something ends with a or e, they add an r between two words when they pronounce. Australians and Kiwis do that as well. I wonder if they actually notice it.
