What about bifascicular block consisting of RBBB+Left posterior hemiblock? Nice vid btw!!

It can also happen but much less frequently (according to the website: Life in the fast lane 😁). And in that case it would be difficult to see because both RBBB and L.Post hemiblock would cause a R.axis deviation, BUT....... with a subtle difference: Which is that in the bifascicular block u mentioned there would be the usual rSR' in V1-V2 and R. Axis deviation AND qR morphology in inferior leads and rS in high lateral leads (I, aVL), which are not usually there in a pure RBBB. U can see nice examples on the website (ecgmedicaltraining.com) look up "bifascicular blocks". 😉

is left anterior hemi block is less dangerous than bifascicular block ?
@PathophyswithMac

Yes. Clinically insignificant unless it's come newly.

Without clinical symptoms (such as chest pain or abnormal breathing difficulties) no need to worry at all. It can be a normal variant 😊
