Brunch Bowl 🍠🥑
Serves 2 people
2 1/2 cups baked sweet potatoes, approximately 2 medium sweet potatoes.
10 boiled quail eggs
3/4 cups cherry tomatoes
2 chopped radish
1 tablespoon scallion
1 tablespoon red onion
1 hass sliced avocado
How to prepare:
Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and boil until tender. Drain the water and place the potatoes into a baking pan, add salt, pepper, olive and seasoning of your choice. Bake at 400°F for about 25 minutes. Into a bowl, pour the potatoes, the quail eggs, tomatoes, radish, scallions, onion and avocado.
Pour the pineapple dressing on top and serve.

Serve 2 pessoas
2 1/2 xícaras de batata doce assada, aproximadamente 2 batatas doces médias.
10 ovos de codorna cozidos
3/4 xícara de tomate cereja
2 rabanetes picados
1 colher de sopa de cebolinha
1 colher de sopa de cebola roxa
1 avocado fatiado
Como preparar:
Corte as batatas-doces em cubos e ferva até ficarem al dente. Escorra a água e coloque as batatas em uma assadeira, acrescente sal, pimenta, azeite e temperos de sua preferência. Asse a 200°C por cerca de 25 minutos. Em uma tigela, despeje as batatas, os ovos de codorna, o tomate, o rabanete, a cebolinha, a cebola e o avocado
Despeje o molho de abacaxi por cima angelica
