Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems like a z-offset issue. When auto leveling is performed the printer created a "map" of all the height discrepancies between the 16 measuring points. When you set the z offset you dial the actual distance between the nozel and the bed. According to this distance and the measures taken of its of the 16 points, the printer micro adjusts accordingly. So the whole process is a combination of the auto leveling and the z offset setting. You have the option to adjust the z offset on the fly while you see the nozel dragging across the bed. The adjustment you put will be stored even after the print is finished

the possibility of changing the height while printing is possible. The problem was that the bed was crooked and the height was very different at each point. This would mean that I would have to change the height every few cm when printing. The problem was solved by Creality sending me a whole new heating bed which was already perfectly straight.

@@playgamergamer8356 hi, Yes, but you have to replace the touch screen with the screen from the classic S1

Hello, please help, I have an Ender 3 S1 pro printer. I changed the nozzle and when I try to level the bed, it lowers the extruder and the nozzle sticks against the bed and makes a very ugly noise, the cr touch works, I put a book on the bed and it did those 2 steps well. I raise the z axis. But when I tell him to level again he crashes into the bed. And raising the z-axis while making noise from being in contact with the bed makes me afraid to wait so long for the z-axis adjustment window to activate. I don't know if the limit switch needs to be adjusted. Thanks in advance 🤗

Good day, did you adjust Z OFFSET after replacing the nozzle? Does CR touch work correctly for you? As it should prevent the nozzle from hitting the bed
