Iโm back after a week! Iโll work harder to upload videos more often!
In todayโs video, I went to the pilates studio, shared a recipe for the water Iโve been drinking, and made a meal with protein!
Iโve been visiting friends, enjoying some wine, and hanging out late into the night.
There are times when I work hard on my diet, and times when I donโt.
But I try to focus on maintaining a clean diet even if I break my rhythm.
I usually do intermittent fasting. I also fast for 24 hours once a week.
I think fasting is quite interesting.
I feel like my skin is getting better and my bodyโs rhythm is improving.
Drinking a lot of water is a must! Itโs also much better for your body to avoid carbohydrates and sugar during your daily life.
Even if you deviate from that, you can get back to your diet by emptying your body through intermittent fasting. Thatโs what I do.
Eat healthy and exercise hard. Fighting!
