又到了一年一度吃粽子的时节,为了避免甜咸大战,今年甜口咸口的都做吧!这次除了包两种口味的粽子,我主要是想给大家介绍四种现在市面上常见的粽子包法。我还在粽子米里面加了很多杂粮,让粽子的口感变得非常丰富。而且杂粮能解腻,哪怕是有点油油的肉粽,也能一口气吃两个!最后,提前祝大家端午节快乐啦!

300g red bean paste
8 chestnuts
[Salty Zhongzi Fillings]
175g pork belly * 2
8 salted egg yolk
40g Amanda's XO Sauce
[Pork Belly Marinade] * 2
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
piece of preserved tofu
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp grated ginger
