🥣 Ingredients:
200 grams of peeled peanuts, 30 grams of glutinous rice, 20 grams of toasted white sesame seeds, 30 grams of rock sugar, 25 grams of brown sugar, 2 grams of salt, 750ml of water.
🥣 材料:
去皮花生仁200克,糯米30克,熟白芝麻20克,冰糖30克,红糖25克,盐2克,清水750毫升。
📝做法 Methods:
1. 首先把冲洗干净了的花生米炒熟。
Fry the rinsed peanuts until they are fragrant.
‼️锅中不用放油,直接用中火干炒就可以。
You don't need to add any oil to the pan, just fry them over medium heat.
2. 接着就把所有的食材都放入破壁机中,先选择破壁机的“米糊”模式。结束以后再选择“果蔬”模式,让破壁机继续高速运作2分钟。
Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender, start by selecting the "rice paste" mode on the blender. Afterwards, switch to the "fruit and vegetable" mode and let the blender continue to operate at high speed for 2 minutes.
‼️糯米不用炒,只要洗净稍微沥干水分就好了。
The glutinous rice does not need to be fried, as long as it is rinsed and slightly drained.
3. 撒上少许熟的花生碎点缀。
Sprinkle some roasted peanut crumbs on top as decoration.
