Why is the Out of Round at D not calculated when finding OOR?

THE NICE THING ABOUT FUEL INJECTION AND MODERN OIL AND MATERIALS ESPECIALLY IN A HIGHER NICKEL BLOCK LIKE FORD AND DODGE HAS IS IF MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE YOU'LL BE AT 200,000 MILES AND STILL NOT HAVE TAPER AND OUT OF ROUND. but go ahead and pretend you know everything. stop watching TV and read and learn. Do you ever wonder why machine shops were many and now they're so few? Because just what I said. Carburetion and old school cheap engine internals with lower quality ~pre1990 oil quality is obsolete. Majority has been running modern equipment fuel injected better internal engine parts for decades and that pretty well put the majority of machine shops down the road. Think! You need to start thinking! I wonder how much you keep screwed up with whatever you're doing because you follow old fables and the wrong voices? (Note wasn't for the owner of this video.)
