35min to say something that could be explained in 5 min

Wow I never thought somebody could take a 2 minute concept and fill a 30 minute video. It’s so aggravating to hear the same explanation 20 thousand effing times. Good tip for the noobs I guess but seriously the majority of people who have given crafting more than 5 seconds of thought should already know this.

You keep saying "Pen to Paper" and all I can think of is the song "Hidden Knives" by AFI where they keep repeating that lyric.

real question is can it go over 100% w/ Enough Skilling.. for me it has not. I spent 200 ped on a Recipe Book of Randoms w/ 100% QR ratings. But my skills drop the TT value back down to 30-40 % for me is not worth it at the moment in time until i get the proper skills up.

still don't plan on crafting but I understand the economy better.

This makes sense, and actually makes crafting a lot more in line with everything else.

I find it interesting that in making this claim, nothing is said about what I believe is the generally accepted theories on crafting success rate which is simply that the displayed success rate is the rate of "non failures" which is both "success" and "near success", so the capped out 95% success rate simply means that you will only hit complete failures 5% of the time. Along with that I think in general the community "accepted" theory is that with max skills and quality rating you will average 90% TT returns on crafting. Although kzitem.info/rock/ETya3-LDYDgzmdNRAbrzfwfeatured has great detailed reports showing large scale crafting returns and it almost looks like each item has a different long term return rate. Anyway I think other things that were explicitly missing from this video is that with max skills and 100 qr you should expect about a 39-42% actual success rate and about a 45-55% return of the item you are crafting (with the remainder of the returns being ingredients, shrap, and residue).

B.s I've done multiple long runs of a basic blue brunt's and returns are all over the place... But running a 95% succ means I get roughly 95% succ+near.

if each roll is mutually exclusive, then the sucess rate is not applicable for a quantity

If you sell to a TT terminal, yes...

As the other guy said if you sell yo trade terminal you lose. The game is capped at 95% returns. Therefore you need to make markup off items to make up that 5% and more if you want to profit
