I think the reason each preset defaults to 100% wet is because this unit typically would sit as a send effect. In this way, you would adjust your percentage in the send without multiplying your original signal when your effected signal returns. With AUM, probably the best way to accomplish this is to put a Bus Send (say, to Bus A) in the main channel and the DDMF in a bus channel. Use the bus node in the main channel to adjust how much signal you send to the bus to get effected.

With all the new reverbs i recently got i completely forgot about this one while it used to be one of my favorites. It still sounds and also looks amazing. Like some lf the others wrote, it works best i noticed when sitting in a send bus in AUM. Then the 100% wetness that most presets have start to make a lot more sense. I never understood it either until now 😉 I really start liking working with those busses in AUM.

What really blows my mind about this is remembering when I bought my first hardware digital reverb. $995US. Sheesh.

Bitwig PC/Mac have a wireless connection to the Surface Pro and not the new IPad. It's the closest thing since Auria that is a real daddy DAW. But I have loads of music apps which won't work I the Surface Pro. And I have Bitwig. I do all my work on acoustic guitar and Cubasis & ab plus app. And Auria just needs a more powerful iPad than my Air, especially if I use the Fabfilter plug ins. When will it all fit into each other? I have controllers for my PC Daws which are a nightmare to set up and are not part of a creative set up...just a copying one. Bitwig seems to be the furthest thinking (and their demo is free with save and export disabled so you can get to know it before you buy. And it's half the price of Ableton and very similar). Just when will it be possible to use my £2000 of iPad apps in, say Reason or FLStudio? It's annoyingly close to the perfect music making experience. Love to The Soundtest Room. Brilliant videos. It’s at 100% wet because it’s a reverb and should be on a send. This is not the way to demonstrate a reverb. It will never sound as it should going straight through it like this!
