I like the point she made about "pause" I'm going to be getting the book to read it thank you so much. I have noticed in my meditation practice that it takes a lot of time and practice for me to be the Observer of my thoughts and not be run around like a dog on a leash by my conditional brain and habits

Wow! This was great. I literally felt my shoulders and back relax and believe me at this point I very much need for things to be easier, peaceful and relaxed in genuine ways.

So I at am like with the whole mental aspect. A invisible wave, waved in reality and emotion. I like to use the month as a guide that tragics our reality to realism. Both of you measure a language I've been trying to read. Attributes to the mind factor in to resolutionizes the information you conclude to because your are yourself. We are pure.
