Thanks Annie!!!! This was my ABSOLUTE favorite interview so far!!!!! I've always felt different from others, I've been striving to make huge changes in the world & have started and lost SO many businesses. I was in happy tears during some of this interview, finally hearing someone say that I've got a "special type" of personality make SUCH a huge difference. Love your work girl!!! I've turned to alcohol for the worst & best times of my life while deep down ALWAYS wanting to quit. Your work & the community you've created has changed my life in only 15 days. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I'm forever grateful x

I am doing the Get Thirsty Challenge for second time and have again had the exact same results Alex discusses here: increasing thirst and positive motivation and momentum. Very interesting experience - which also provides focus, a challenging distraction, a great body flush of toxins, whilst reducing thirst for first 10 days for anyone deciding to stop drinking - it’s a good additional method of getting over the 10 day ‘kick’ of alcohol trying to draw you back in! I agree with all that is said in this video, which hits home even more now than when I watched it 6 months ago. Thanks guys. Good work both. 🙏 xx

Nic Edwards....does it have to be water....drink a lot of clear herbal teas without sugar.. Also, had to cut back on fluids as I have borderline glaucoma.

I have just tried this. Experienced severe headaches for four days🙁 probably caffeine withdrawal. Would recommend slowly reduce caffeine over a few weeks before trying.

@@zybala2 I don’t know scientifically, though I believe herbal teas without sugar/honey, etc count as same as water. It might be worth looking up favourite teas for tanin content or other potencies from the herbs if drinking a lot, which do with water challenge. Re glaucoma, again, not medical, though I would assume so long as you are eating healthily your body will only thirst for water when safe..? I’d certainly err on side of more which can be flushed than less, whilst ensuring is purified and settled after pumped through plumbing system and you’re also not depleted body of nutrients by eating well. Annie or Alex may be able to answer this question more scientifically though! 😊 xx

4/1000 = .004, .004 x 100 = .4%, not .04% (businesses that make it to $10M)
