In this episode, I just decided to do an off the cuff, extra video, and share a cool musical example I've been studying and practicing recently. This is a short chordal example that I felt was a good one to take a look at when it comes to helping us understand and utilize common harmonic devices found in jazz. By understanding these kinds of ideas, it helps us realize how we can take harmonic examples that are initially simple or basic, and express them in unique ways that may give more interest to the listener. Enjoy
