What’s up Adam, I became a member of GM 👍🏼. Doing the prime right now. But I gotta say I just a achieved the dragon flag this morning for a 7 seconds hold 😄 so excited. Love your tutorials and workouts on your site. I just realized after following your program how crucial it is to not skip the basics. And you my friend have nailed it right on. You have so much experience and knowledge and every program and workout is so methodically thought out, for that I thank you. Keep up the excellent teachings you do and next Im going for the muscle up 💪, peace and stay strong!

I used to think swimmers had the best functional fitness... how wrong i was. But the two, calisthenics/gymnastics and swimming compliment each ither perfectly. Borh require you to produce tour own stability to perform the movement. Your videos have been an essential and indespensible part of my progression from general calisthenics to rings and gymnastics.

I love these educational exercise programs videos. But I have a question. What's a good Breathing technique while executing such high profile core exercises like this?

@@GymnasticsMethod That would be AWESOME!!! I Fully understand the importance of knowing good breathing technique for running/jogging, and for squats and deadlifts. But not so much for ab/core exercises. That'd be great if you could incorporate that. In a video or make a video entirely based on breathing techniques.

I love doing the dragon flag with slow eccentric. But I have a problem on the right side of my mid back, making it painful. Had the problem for 8 months. Chiropractic can't seem to work it out. Hang leg raises hurt my back there, also. Any advice? I'm kinda poor with no insurance.
