Ingredients
2 lbs Ground beef
2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 Large Bell Peppers (any color)
1 Large onion
1 lb Mushrooms (I used baby bella)
1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
4-8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 cup Chicken Bone Broth
6-12 slices Provolone Cheese (1 to 2 cups)
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C)
2) Place ground beef in a large Sauté pan over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Place in large baking dish.
3) If you have a large enough pan add mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers to a sauté pan, otherwise sauté separately. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Sauté for about 10 to 15 minutes.
4) Add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir together until smooth and melted.
5)Transfer everything into the baking dish and stir to combine. Place provolone cheese on top in a nice layer.
6) bake for 10 minutes and then broil on low for about 5 minutes until cheese is nice and buuubly!
