I was interested as well (for other reasons) And I've done some digging. Apparently, this clip is from a 1987 Eurythmics Documentary called 'Brand New Day' which is INCREDIBLY rare. Couldnt find it myself. Good thing this song was uploaded tho, looks so good in film!

Yes, there used to be more of this single camera shot concert in japan. I do remember "Here comes the rain again", which was even better, than the clip thats here on youtube from same tour
