Banded pogos are seriously my favorite exercise. They make me feel springy af son!

Yep! I like how it forces you back to the ground sooner and accelerates you into it.

When training squat jumps when do you stop the set? Is failure a good measurement for power based movements?

2-3 reps if the goal is related to power output. I’d rather do 5x3 and have every rep be a high % of my max output, versus 3x5 where the last couple reps of each set are slower.
