Ingredients
Filling/Covering:
1 cup all-purpose flour (130g)
1/3 cup of sugar (60g)
1/3 cup butter or margarine (75g)
100g of raisins
100g candied fruit
50g of chestnuts
Cake dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour (260g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake (12g)
1 pinch of salt
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup of oil (120ml)
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)
1 cup of sugar
Cup Size: 240ml
Dimensions of the mold/baking pan: 33 x 22 x 5 cm
Oven preheated to 180°C, bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, you can turn it off and remove.
