Cake filling:
1 medium apple
lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
50g of raisins
50g of candied fruit
30g of walnuts
1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
Cake icing:
3/4 cup of icing sugar (100g)
milk until the point
Cake top:
Candied fruit to taste
Nuts to taste
Cup measure: 240ml
