If you just want longer fingers, do the stretching exercises in the video. For thinner fingers, just apply hand massage movements.
Before starting the exercises, measure the length and width of your fingers so that you will see the benefits of the exercises more easily. Of course, don't expect an inch of elongation, this is too long for a finger size. So measure it with millimetric details and compare.
