Drs and other health professionals haven't got a clue. All I get is strange looks and plenty of sympathy. I'm on my own with this. I've had balance problems for 13 years now and it's getting worse! Thanks for your help. The world needs people like you!

Thank you for this video. This is the second time I have had BPPV. I know how to do the Dix Hallpike Test and Epley maneuver, which helps. But after that, I felt "off" (something like a hangover) for several weeks. I started to do these exercises, and it helped. My physiatrist said not to worry-it is benign and takes some time to fully recover. Do you recommend these exercises for post-BPPV syndrome?

Perform exercises more slowly. If dizzy... stop and let dizziness pass. Then try again, but more slowly. Over time, you speed up the exercises as dizziness improves. As always, make sure you have correct diagnosis provided by your healthcare professional with correct treatment.

How does somebody go about getting diagnosed with these conditions? I have been to multiple doctors, ENTs (without much help or diagnosis) for dizziness which was initially brought on by driving. Now driving is very difficult without getting spells of dizziness. I also get this same dizziness while walking through stores so I find it interesting that you mention these visual backgrounds at the end of the video. Any input on how do diagnose would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Slow down then, I have this too, and i found an exersice on Bob N Brad, that helped me to be stable, you have to do it 3 to 4 times a day, it stopped my dizzyness but i'm still experience issues so i'm headed to someone who can see what's causing motion sensitivity, i had cataracts removed 2 summers ago and this started this....adventure...YUCK, i hate dizzyness!
