Hi Joe, I have a private tryout tommorow, I live in Korea, so our in-season starts at a different time there. I've been training with EGT for a few months now, and Ive also used EGT X 2.0 for 3 weeks as well. I believe that I can make it, because as a young player, this is the first big step towards hopefully building a legacy.

I'm 13 almost 14 (5"4) and i'm a very very good point guard. i have vision of the floor and a good passing IQ. i'm okay at dribbling and a very great shooter and i want to get my vertical up. do you recommend any program or even at home exercises i should do. btw i start for a ranked aau team and i am trying to get ranked myself.

Lol wouldn't this be training endurance with all of those throws ? And can that mess up your passing because the ball is heavier so when it's time to pass a real basketball it will feel weird

Explosion training will by default have some anaerobic training to it. And no, ever watch a baseball game and see the on deck hitters using a weighted bat? It doesn't mess their swing up. - Joe @ TeamEGT
