My mother worked at Forest Lawn in that mausoleum for many years. George Burns visited his wife at least once a month with his driver. My mother says he was a very nice man who thanked my mother for keeping Gracies resting place well kept. You could be there all week with so many celebrities who have their final resting place there.

Thank you Lamont for showing and talking about the beautiful and talented Natalie Cole. I've always loved her music and that of her dad the great Nat King Cole. I'm glad to see that her son is buried next to her, but also very sad that he passed away very young and less than 2 years after his mum. He died of the same genetic heart problem that his dad had. I took a picture of my son there a few years back, while we were at a wake for a family member. When I took the picture, it was just him. When we looked back at the picture, he had a ‘friend’ standing behind him in it. Clear as day. I love cemeteries and find them beautiful and so calming. Not Glendale FL. Oof. Fun fact: The main building when you drive in on the right, is the house that they used on the show, Benson. ❤

Larry was always my favorite of the three stooges. A fun fact about him is that prior to being a stooge, he was a violinist. And when the stooges played instruments on screen, Larry always had the violin and was the only one actually playing his instrument. When curly’s health began to fail after a series of small strokes, which eventually led to a career ending massive stroke, more of the action revolved around Larry, which showed that when given the chance Larry could be funny in his own right. The three stooges ended for good after Larry suffered a massive stroke of his own, showing his significance to the team.
