Been training these for a while but struggling with elbow ditch tension/pain. Feels like the lower bicep tendon takes all the load. Any tips?

That band thing is GENIUS. I use bands for things like planche training but I never once thought of using them to help my back lever.

When l do back lever on rings, I notice my hands are not completely turned out (hands palms down). The rings are about 45 degrees out. Is this ok or should I work on turning the rings out more?

@@hurriranger enjoy destroyed shoulders then. Tendon strength is trainable, but applying pressure on your shoulders in an internally rotated position is always a horrible idea.
