There are a few factors needed in programs for developing a six pack easily. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (google it if you're interested) it's the most helpful plan i've seen. look at the unbelievable info .

Hoping this will help me become more flexible, I'm a 13 yr old girl and I can barely touch my toes I'm so inflexible! I do a lot of running which has tightened up my muscles, and this means that I often find some exercises in the workouts hard as I'm not flexible enough to do them! I understand that this is intended to be done after a workout, but is it ok to just do this on its own?

this is a great video , i love it!!!! guys please please please do a workout for hamstrings, there are many fitness videos in youtube for inner thighs outer thighs squats, but there's nothing focusing on the hamstrings, and this is a really problem area for women. please please pleas ;-)

I have been working out with Fitness Blender since 2011. I maintained my weight over the years and even dropped 6 kg so I am at a great weight for my age. Although sometimes I don't have time to do a longer workout, there is always a great video to do so that I stay active even when I am tired and don't want to exercise. I mix and match and do these with my kids as well to get them into the habit of homeworkouts

I have completed this stretching routine as a cool down after your hiit training a few times now and I always feel so great afterwards. Thank you so so so much guys. Just done this after doing the low impact cardio routine and before going to bed(I usually do the workouts on a morning before work but didn't have the time this morning) and it's actually made me that relaxed I yawned through most of the video and ready to go straight to sleep now 😂

I've been doing this twice a day every other day, and on off days I'm doing Short and Sweet Stretch | 15 Minute Total Body Home Stretch and Flexibility Routine. I start with a 5 minute cardio warm-up. and then do the routines. I chose this one specifically because it's 15 minutes and that's how long I've committed to stretch for twice a day for this month. I really like this video because of the commentary throughout. Certain queues within this video for common stretches (the cat stretch) I carry with me to all instances of doing the posture - so great job on enumerating the purpose and technique of the stretches. she should not be collapsing in her shoulders in the cobra and also her elbows are hyper-extended which is bad for the joints when there's weight on it.

Thank you so much for amazing videos.. you guys are doing a great job. Just a quick question in some of the exercises like lying side jacks i am unable to pull my legs straight up because my legs are heavier I think and in pilates slaw and toe touches swoop i am unable to reach my toes with my hand, is it that because of my belly or I am not so flexible right now, will flexibility will come with time?

. For distance runners, perhaps the most difficult part of the run is at about the half mile/mile distance. At that distance runners are about finding their rhythm in stride and breathing, these workout seems to take care of that because I feel as if my breathing is optimal from the start when I do these workouts.

never weight yourself during the day, only in the morning before eating and after using the bathroom :)
