I am not a student, nor do I work in a field that requires an understanding of anatomy (I’m a Photographer, lol). I just love education of all sorts and watch all of your lessons. You are the best teacher I’ve ever come across online or in person. I want to sincerely thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world! 💐

Thanks Doc. I am now getting an intimate knowledge of the anatomy of my extreme femeral nerve pain - most likely a combination of spinal stenosis and "stiction" of the femeral triangle area, because it only hurts when I stretch backwards and eases when crouched into a fetal position - most likely caused by an inflamation event.

Because of people like @Sam Webster, Internet hasn't died yet. I hope I'll never see a Tampax ad popping out of the model's pelvis...

Can u please make a video including Adductor canal. U have mentioned it in both the videos but not made a separate video on it, so it was a bit difficult understanding it. Please do so since your videos r really really helpful. It's actually inexpressible how grateful i am of for your amazing videos.😊

I’m hoping you can shine some light. I have been told I may have Costochondritis. When I push on my rib next to my sternum, between the breast area my upper back pops & I get pain relief. And if my sternum feels locked I get on the floor to pop my back and the sternum feels better. I’m already in physical therapy but wondering if I should seek chiropractic care as well. All of this pain started back in November.

Greetings Sam! Another useful clinical application of this lesson is when we perform musculoskeletal ultrasound to evaluate for femoral hernia, thrombosis of the common femoral vein, or placing a special catheter in the femoral vein to give fluids and medicines to critically ill patients with low blood pressure.

Sam: “Don’t make this a long one.” Also Sam: “Talks about the femoral sheath and femoral canal for 15 straight minutes” 😂 Great video Sam! I actually had an anatomy test on the lower limb today and your videos really helped me out!
