After performing a tune up due to a rough & stumbling engine, it was discovered that cylinder 1 had a slightly stuck open intake valve, causing blow-back thru the throttle body.
Removing the valve cover and then removing the Multi-Air Valve Box it was discovered that one of the hydraulic intake valve actuators was stuck extended out.
Multi-Air Valve Box issues start at about the half-way mark.
