Great deep dive into modeling. Having said that, to make the discussion of "geo alpha" credible, one should be ready to share their CAGR/TWR over the years. Returns vs benchmark is the only honest, meaningful measure of alpha. I couldn't find any disclose of this kind on their website

Insane insider conviction in Lavras Gold. Directors sweeping up shares like crazy. They know this is a steal. 10-20 bagger potential here. FDP and Butia is probably connected + potential in further exploration in big land package.

Maybe, or maybe that's their marketing tool. Insider buying (or buying of any sorts) in an illiquid market will push the stock price up, and a rising stock price is the best marketing you can do. Many insiders realize that when you have assays out, most people will not spend time understanding the structural controls, and mineralogy on your property - they will just look at the share price. If it's green, that must mean it's good results. If it's red, then it's bad results. So, buying right after or around drill results creates the idea in market participants' heads that the results are great. With Lavras, that's combined with actually decent results and it works nicely. That's, of course, not a bad thing. Just a note that insider buying is not always equal across different names.

Great update about SRQ. However, it would have been helpful to ask why there is no mention of the last 8 meters of hole 29. I tried contacting Marc Antoine by text, but I haven't received a response yet. What are your thoughts on this issue?

I think Marc-A did a good job explaining that without me having to ask. Either way, that's not a big point at all, imo.

Not me. In my experience the bigger money is made by staying put. Big moves take a decade or longer before they're realized. I'm in my early 50s now and I can tell you what hurt me most in my 20s and early 30s was lack of patience and being overly diversified. Just my 2 cents.

@@ResourceTalks It is too hot to do anything else this week. We are expecting at least 114F several times this week with about 8 days close or above that. Not going to be doing much else, and if we lose electricity even less.
