Yes testing was done with magnets not properly that is why I didn't upload this video for 8 months but I figured I would as I don't care anymore it's not my decision to use magnets but I don't recommend using magnets unless it is a correlation test

Quick question one thing i dont get is why my middle school where i live has nbg12-Lx pulls but during fire drills which we had today they dont pull it they still activate a pull station but they just flip the inside switch. Some friends say there is ink of them but thats very unlikely for an nbg-12lx so idk
@nics-systems-electric

They are probably so clueless they don't know that they can just pull it
@JoshuaKing-qb4fj

Cause from watching you I know there is both no ink or break glass in them so unless they added ink which they shouldn't have because we do have problems with kids pulling it according to a family higher up in grades then me that used to go here so @@nics-systems-electric

From your video when the fire sprinkler pipe bursted at this school: kzitem.info/news/bejne/sK1v1K6Cp3iAfKw that System Sensor P2RLA L-Series installed on the outside of the school at 00:35 should get replaced with a System Sensor P2RKA Outdoor SpectrAlert Advance horn strobe because if water gets in that L-Series device from another sprinkler pipe burst then that will cause a ground fault trouble on the system which will not be good if that happens so it's best that they should replace it with an outdoor SpectrAlert Advance then water won't get into that device.
@nics-systems-electric

I can guarantee the device won't be replaced no one is that worried about it if a sprinkler head goes off you have much bigger problems to worry about

@Tiny-One

@@nics-systems-electric It doesn't have to be "that loud" - just being in the presence of it for long enough will screw up your ears over the longer term. I was born deaf... I spent my entire childhood getting operation after operation to try to give me better hearing - all of which failed. Now I have tinnitus. I do remember what it was like to go through fire drill at school - and they used to lead us through the corridor, down by the office to get to our fire point. On that route, I passed at least two constantly clanging bells and the panel, those bells sounded loud enough to my post surgery ears for me to try sticking my fingers in my ears like that... guess what??? It didn't really block out the noise any and I wished I'd had ear plugs or ear defenders.

@@Tiny-One these fire alarm devices do not exceed 105 dB at high volume. Most of these are at low volume and being heard from a distance therefore most areas are not exposed to sound levels over 85 dB give or take. Even if they were consistently at 95 dB you can be safely exposed to that for 75 minutes the pulsing(nonconstant) none high volume output will not damage hearing from the short walk around.
